“Batman: Gotham Knight” animated short stories coming on DVD
Super heroes are having a huge comeback this summer, Iron Man has only been the start. Dark Knight, the new much awaited Batman film is arriving on the July 25, but like in the case of the Matrix it will be preceded by a DVD called Batman: Gotham Knight, a collection of six short Batman animated stories created by different teams.
As Wired reports, the Batmanime release has not received any advertisement but from the trailer below I have the impression that it will be quickly discover and lead to a huge cult following. It all looks dark and fearful, exactly like any Batman related creation should be. Input has also come from Asian as well as American animators so variety is guaranteed.
